Returns & Exchanges

At NOMAD, we want you to be completely satisfied with your journey; if your purchase isn't quite right, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned goods must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label and securely place your items in the original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Drop Off

  Affix the return label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
